Elaboration: From grape marc from Tenerife, distilled in the Bodegas Insulares Tenerife distillery and macerated with herbs from our mountains, fennel, pasote, chamomile….following a traditional and unique recipe.
Tasting note: Natural lemon yellow color. Intense aroma of herbs, cinnamon with hints of vanilla. On the palate it is sweet, unctuous, aniseed and minty notes, fresh and persistent.

Elaboration: It is elaborated by maceration in grape pomace brandy, pennyroyal leaves and flowers picked by hand in the northern peaks of Tenerife.
Tasting note: Mahogany with greenish nuances. Intense aromas of mountain herbs. On the palate it is unctuous, with balsamic and minty notes, fresh and persistent.

Elaboration: After the gentle pressing of the pomace, these meet the most suitable qualities for obtaining the best brandy. The sugars that remain in the must that impregnates the skins ferment in a few weeks, after which the pomace is ready to be distilled. The distillation is carried out in modern installations made up of two discontinuous type stills, by the steam drag system; In each distillation the different fractions are perfectly separated: heads, heart and tails.
Tasting note: In the visual examination it is colorless, clean and transparent. Good intensity, delicate nose, fresh and elegant. On the palate smooth, elegant, enveloping, it expands through the mouth, having a long persistence; leaves long memories of its complex bouquet.
