Elaboration: It is a sweet liqueur wine. When the fermentation reaches 8 natural degrees, the wine brandy is added. The fermentation time is 15 days and the fermentation temperature is between 25 and 28ºC.

Tasting notes: High layer red wine. The red color predominates with shades of tile (tejada).
