Elaboration: Grapes destemmed and crushed. Gentle pressing and controlled fermentation at 16ºC. Once the fermentation is finished, it is removed weekly from the lees for 2 to 3 months.

Tasting note: Intense golden color, clean and bright. It has aromas of tropical fruits, pineapple, orange peel and flowers. Balanced, glyceric and fresh on the palate.
